New Seasonal menu: The combined creative efforts of Executive Chef Bernard Sadler and Sous Chef Fraser Hill have once again put together a fresh and exciting menu. The a la carte menu in the Sir Donald Bradman Room restaurant has been updated to take advantage of the great winter produce currently available. With dishes such as Moreton Bay Bug Tail Bouillabaisse with Toasted Sour Dough and Crisp Skinned Barramundi, Jerusalem Artichoke Puree, Buttered Courgettes and Preserved Lemon Butter, there is no better time to get out of the cold and into the Club to enjoy some very special additions to the menu. The Wine Cellar: An extensive wine list, including a wonderful reserve collection, perfectly compliments the gastronomic creations offered by Executive Chef Bernard Sadler and Sous Chef Fraser Hill. At certain times, throughout the year the Sir Donald Bradman Room is closed to accommodate large function bookings. Live at the QCC Live at the QCC has established itself as the place to be on the last Friday of each month. The last Friday night of the month won‘t ever be the same again, live music, a specially designed menu and great company all at the Club. To accompany the great music, Executive Chef Bernard Sadler and Sous Chef Fraser Hill have put together a fantastic three course, three choice menu which changes each month for just $50.00 per person.
